It's nice to know that some things never change.
Milla Jovovich swanned into the Atelier Versace couture show on Sunday, the first of Paris' couture week, in classic Versace style: a slinky black cocktail dress with sexy side cutouts, held together with metal fasteners.
The supermodel-turned-actress modeled for Versace back in the '90s and has picked Versace Couture for some of her biggest red carpet moments this year. But her dress at Sunday's show reminded us of another '90s icon: Elizabeth Hurley in That Dress.
Hurley debuted her black Versace gown, held together by safety pins on the sides, in 1994 at the premiere of then-boyfriend Hugh Grant's "Four Weddings And A Funeral." The skimpy dress, which bared both sides of Hurley's body and threatened to bare her chest as well, earned its own name. its own Wikipedia page and the title of the "the greatest dress ever."
And it's still inspirational 18 years later. As another glamorous face of the '90s, Milla is giving us a heavy dose of 1994 Liz Hurley in her latest Versace look... minus all that cleavage.
Check out the two glamour girls, now and then. Are you a fan of Milla's frock?
